People who have seen my work in progress often flip it over to look at the back side.  I have devised strategies for displaying the back as well as the front, without resorting to a two-sided frame.  Some pieces are large sculptural forms.  Other are three-dimensional vessels in which the inside and outside of the vessel are the "front" and "back" of the embroidery.  And some are books: as you turn the page, you see the front and the back of each page.
