In 2009 I took a photography workshop at Monet’s Garden in Giverny, France. We were able to shoot in the garden before and after it was open to the public, so we were there in the early morning and late in the day when the light was at its best. Here are a scene from the garden, white peonies from another historic garden in Giverny, and a pink peony from my own garden. To view full-size photos: wait a few seconds for photos to load. When a white box with a black camera icon pops up as you mouse over a thumbnail, click on the thumbnail. A full-size image will appear, with caption below. If you mouse over the right edge of the photo, a “next” button will appear, or a “previous” button if you mouse over the left edge. |
